Apple Pie a La Mode


Apple Pie: 

Crust: 1½ cups flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, ½ cup vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons milk

Filling: 7 cups apples, ½ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons butter

Topping: ½ cup butter, ½ cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 1 scoop Cookies ‘n’ Cream ice cream, 1 teaspoon caramel sauce


1 Mix all ingredients for the crust well into a dough.

2 Line bottom and sides of the pie pan and press dough into it.

3 Mix ingredients for filling together and pour onto crust. 

4 Mix ingredients for topping together and blend well. Lay topping over the filling.

5 Bake pie at 200˚C for 50 to 60 minutes.

6 When ready, place onto serving plate. Add in a scoop of Cookies ‘n’ Cream ice cream. 

7 Top with caramel sauce. Ready to be served.
