How Did We Do It
How Did We Do It
Sourcing of Pure Goodness Quality Ingredients
The origin of a delicious ice cream confection starts from quality ingredients that are carefully sourced from trusted suppliers. Core ingredients such as milk solids, sugar, fat ingredients anf flavourings & coloring are incorporated into the icecream production for the creation of our rich and creamy ice cream base.
Putting Them Together
Concocting an ice cream formulation requires a bit of science. The quality ingredients are formulated and mixed at 60°C to evenly blend all the ingredients, yielding a smooth cream mixture that forms the base of out delicious products.
Break it down for the perfect blend
The ice cream mix is homogenized to tiny particles. This reduces the size of the fat gobules found in the ice cream mix, resulting in smoother ice cream. To achieve this, the creamy mixture undergoes a homogenization process where it is rapidly forced under a high-pressure condition.
Eliminating Harmful Bacteria
After homogenization, the ice cream mixture undergo pasteurization where the mixture is heated at least 80°C for 25 seconds, followed by an immediate cool down at 4°C. This heating process kills pathogenic bacteria, resulting in a safe and good quality ice cream with an extended mix shelf life.
Improving the overall body of the ice cream
Every ice cream maker will emphasize that patience is the key in making great quality ice cream. This improves the mix’s whipping properties as it allows the liquid fat to partially crystallize, giving the mixture a velvety rich texture that is more resistant to melting.
Formulating the desired ice cream texture
Air is then incorporated into ice cream to create a soft and smooth texture. Without air, the ice cream that we produce would be similar to a frozen ice cube.
Design the form of ice cream enjoyment
After an elaborate process of preparing the mix, we are ready to mould and pack them. Our factories are equipped with state of the art machineries for our automatic packing lines. This allows us to produce a wide variety of packaging that ranges from stick, bulk, cup, cone, tube , tub, fruit shell and extruded ice creams.
Hardening of ice cream for ready distibution
The ice cream is then hardened in storage for better freshness and quality.
