King's Sweetcorn

(1L + +Free 200ml)

Ingredients

Crust

• 1½ cups flour

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1 tablespoon sugar

• ½ cup vegetable oil

• 2 tablespoons milk

Filling

• 7 cups apples

• ½ cup sugar

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

• 2 tablespoons butter

Topping

• ½ cup butter

• ½ cup sugar

• 1 cup flour

• 1 scoop Cookies ‘n’ Cream ice cream

• 1 teaspoon caramel sauce

Preparation

Mix all ingredients for the crust well into a dough.

Line bottom and sides of the pie pan and press dough into it.

Mix ingredients for filling together and pour onto crust.

Mix ingredients for topping together and blend well. Lay topping over the filling.

Bake pie at 200˚C for 50 to 60 minutes.

When ready, place onto serving plate. Add in a scoop of Cookies ‘n’ Cream ice cream.

Top with caramel sauce. Ready to be served.
